FULFILMENT

We aim to ship all artwork within 3- 7 days, but at times of high demand we aim for this to be less than two weeks from the time of purchase. In the event that we are experiencing delays, you will be notified by email.

We cannot guarantee when you will receive your order as all shipping timeframes to certain locations are different.

Tracking

You will be provided with a tracking number once your order is shipped, that will allow you to track the status of your order. This applies to all orders.

Australian orders

All Australian orders will be shipped with Aust Post and you will be provided with a tracking number once shipped.

International shipping

All orders will be shipped using UPS and DHL and you will be provided with a tracking number once shipped.

Taxes and import duties

Different taxes and import duties may apply to your order once it arrives in your country. We do not collect/pay for these on your behalf. It is your responsibility to pay for these charges. We do not offer advice on what these charges are and encourage you to investigate if there are additional charges relevant to your country.

Returns

All purchases are ‘final sale’ and we do not offer exchanges or returns for any artwork.

Confirmation of purchase

Your purchase is not final until you have completed the checkout process and received a confirmation email.

An item will remain available to others until you have completed the payment process in full and it has been confirmed and you have received an order number. This means that any item in your cart will still remain available to the public until you have completed the payment process.
